Thomas was working in Mosul, Iraq but because of the danger he was relocated to Dohuk in north Iraq. He has rented this "mansion" for his and his staffs offices. |

This is the view from the top of the mansion. Thomas is responsible for seeing that the U.S. funds assigned to Mosul for reconstruction and development of the infrastructure is spent effectively. This includes new parks, schools, reconstructed hospitals, etc.. |
